While we hope you never need it, all of our headphones come with a two-year warranty that begins at your date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturer defect, you can file a claim to receive a replacement. Filing and submitting a warranty claim can be completed in three simple steps.
If you haven't already registered your headphones for warranty, start by registering your headphones on our product registration page. Need help finding your unique serial number? Here's how to find it!
Once you’ve completed and submitted the registration form, you’ll be given a registration code and a link to the warranty claim form.
After you’ve completed and submitted the warranty claim form, a member of our warranty department will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a replacement.

Important: make sure your printer is scaled to 100% on a standard 8.5” x 11” page.
Cut out the measuring tool using the dotted line as a guide.
Hold the left side (L) behind your left ear and stretch the tool across the back of your head (toward your right ear).
If the white section of the sizing tool is touching your right ear, choose Trekz Titanium Mini.
If the the orange section of the sizing tool is touching your right ear, choose Trekz Titanium.
