How To File A Warranty Claim For Your AfterShokz Headphones

While we hope you never need it, all of our headphones come with a two-year warranty that begins on your date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturer defect, you can file a claim to receive a replacement pair of headphones. Filing and submitting a warranty claim can be completed in three simple steps.

1. START BY REGISTERING YOUR AFTERSHOKZ

If you haven't already registered your headphones for warranty, start on our product registration page. 

2. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Create an account to file for warranty, returns, or exchanges here. You can complete requests inside this portal. 

3. YOU'LL HEAR FROM US SOON!

After you’ve completed and submitted the warranty claim form, a member of our warranty department will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a replacement.
