How To Register Your Headphones For Warranty

April 11, 2017

While you’ll probably never need to cash in on your two-year warranty, we always encourage our customers to register their headphones the day they receive them - just in case! Here are a few things you’re going to need:

  • Your basic contact information (like your name and address)
  • Your basic product information (like the headphone model and color)
  • Your serial number (located on the bottom of the box or on your warranty claim card)
  • Your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or bank statement)

You can register your headphones here:

Not sure which address you should use? Choose where you’ll want your headphones to ship should you need to receive a replacement. If you’re located in US or Canada, your replacement will be sent through the postal service.

Once you complete your registration, you’ll be given a registration code. Keep this code in a safe place, as you’ll need it to file a warranty claim.
