How To Resolve A Connectivity Issue

June 28, 2017

Whether you just purchased your Trekz Titanium, or you’ve been using them for months, you may find yourself having some trouble pairing your headphones to your favorite device. As you watch the little wheel spin, searching endlessly for your beloved AfterShokz, a sinking feeling may settle at the pit of your stomach. There’s no need to panic! Your headphones just need to be reset.

To Reset Trekz Titanium

1) Start with your headphones off and cleared from your devices' Bluetooth settings

2) Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds. Your headset will turn on (continue holding the button) and then the LED light will flash red and blue. Audrey will say "pairing" indicating pairing mode.

3) Press and hold the multifunction button, volume+ button and volume- button (all three buttons) simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. You'll hear beeps and/or feel vibrations.

4) Turn your headphones off.

Your headphones are now reset and can be re-paired to your device. Still having trouble pairing? Try turning your device off and back on again. That usually does the trick!
